designed reports to support clients in 29 countries, 24-7 using 7 languages
for the world's second largest record retention and destruction services
organization. Not only are new requests coming from the field operations, but
clients often have specific reporting needs based on their industry or how they
conduct business. B2B conducted detailed business analysis of their domestic and
international operations and then designed both an architecture and report
structure to meet Recall's goals.
One of the challenges was to ensure
quick availability of service level information to major clients including some
of the world’s most well-recognized and respected financial institutions, law
firms and global 1000 organizations. Information warehoused and managed by
Recall is not only important, but critical to their client's operations
including all of the legal and governmental requirements for data protection.
With the new reports, clients can now evaluate quantitative information
about their use of warehoused information as well as have the assurance that
records are being destroyed using the strictest of guidelines. In a growing
world of information, Recall continues to grow with it.
