B2B Launches Learning Series at Microsoft Technology Center

ATLANTA--(February 22, 2012)--B2B Technologies, an IT Professional Services firm and Microsoft® Partner specializing in business productivity and cloud solutions, is hosting a new educational series at the Microsoft Technology Center (MTC) located in Alpharetta, GA. The educational series will span over a period of four months, beginning in late February and running through the end of June. The MTC Series will introduce the latest Microsoft tools and technologies to companies that are looking for the most advanced and proven employee productivity solutions.

Business departments have traditionally relied on their IT department to guide functional software decisions and implementation. B2B Technologies is finding that an increasing number of leaders in Marketing, HR and Finance are now leading the charge in selecting the best collaboration tools for their team. Designed to help these business leaders, along with their IT counterparts, in this selection and evaluation process, the series will cover these four key topics: Workplace Collaboration, Working from Anywhere at Any time, Active Directory & Infrastructure, and Big Data & Business Intelligence.

"We are excited to introduce this series to Atlanta," says Frank Fuerst, CEO of B2B Technologies. "We have found that it can be very eye-opening to bring department managers and their supporting IT management together with other companies to look at these solutions together. These Microsoft tools are built to create collaboration between team members, speed up decision making, and reduce costs. We're looking forward to working with a broad range of departments within organizations that realize leveraging IT the right way can result in exponential benefits."

The structure of each half day workshop will begin with discussion and problem solving. Business leaders will have the opportunity to discuss their current challenges and receive feedback from Microsoft staff, B2B Technologies consultants and their peers from other companies. After the discussions, each attendee will get a hands-on demo in the Microsoft Experience Center (MEC). The classroom is setup to go through various real world situations, running reports, sharing documents, collaborating within a portal and seeing how the Cloud can facilitate up close.
