B2B Technologies Creates New Online Report Card for Georgia's Schools

ATLANTA, GA – December 16, 2002 - B2B Technologies, an IT consulting and application development firm specializing in e-commerce and supply chain collaboration solutions, in partnership with The Wrightidea Services, launched the 2001-2002 On-line Report Cards for the Georgia Office of Education Accountability.

State law mandates that the Office of Education Accountability (OEA) report on each K-12 public school in Georgia. The on-line report card allows anyone with Web access to look up performance and demographic information on any of the 1,982 public schools in the state. There are also report cards on every school system and an overall report card for the state of Georgia.

In addition to reporting on K-12 public schools, this year’s Report Cards include performance measures and information on Georgia’s Pre-kindergarten Program administered by the Office of School Readiness, Georgia’s Technical Colleges administered by the Department of Technical and Adult Education, public colleges and universities governed by the University System of Georgia, and teacher workforce preparation/qualifications as established by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission.
