Look For Continued Doubling Of B2B Technologies

ATLANTA, GA - January 17, 2000 - B2B Technologies, developer of Web-based e-commerce systems, has established a headquarters office in Atlanta's Midtown technology corridor at 1776 Peachtree Street. B2B Tech has doubled in office space more than three times since its founding in 1998. Growth has resulted from the B2B Tech staff's unique capabilities in designing, developing and implementing cutting edge, business-to-business (and business-to-consumer) Web applications. They are credited with the development of several award-winning business-to-business and business-to-consumer e-commerce solutions.

Fourth quarter revenues increased 10 times over the previous year. "The company projects an additional revenue increase of three times during the current year. Our clients have awarded us a tremendous increase in business and new firms are currently hiring B2B Tech for our unique skill with critical, new Web development tools and Web platforms," said Frank Fuerst, president. "Our move will fuel growth by providing clients with better access to Atlanta's most capable and proven team."

"The new Midtown location will facilitate the hiring of creative minds now graduating from Georgia Tech. It is an attractive commuting location for the young, technologically savvy workers who often desire to live in-town," Fuerst continued.

The Company’s focus is on serving the rapidly growing Internet business-to-business market. They design, build, and maintain Web-based software solutions to facilitate electronic commerce. The company's clients include Equifax E-banking Solutions, SunTrust, CitySummit.com, Rare Medium, 2order.com, Renfro Corporation, Sparkfly, Inc., Atrion International and Universal/MCA Records.

According to the 1998 PriceWaterhouseCoopers Technology Forecast, the market for business-to-business services on the Internet will continue to dominate the rapidly growing e-commerce sector. By 2002, PriceWaterhouseCoopers projects that total electronic commerce volumes will exceed $425 billion, with the business-to-business sector contributing in excess of $300 billion to that total.

B2B Technologies is a privately held Internet consulting and development company specializing in business-to-business e-commerce and supply chain integration solutions. Its mission is to help companies improve their market position, revenues and profitability through the innovative application of Internet technologies.

B2B Tech’s customer base includes mid-market companies in the financial services, manufacturing, distribution, computer software and non-profit verticals. B2B Tech has a broad range of experience in e-commerce, information architecture, database management systems, ERP and Supply Chain Management, Knowledge Management, digital marketplaces, and systems integration. With these skills, B2B Tech can provide its customers with everything from strategic consulting through development and deployment.
